Asana & pranayama practice/Advanced lvl

(advanced practitioners only please)

This will be an Intermediate level class and it will be aimed at students that can maintain a steady head & shoulder balance, free or by the wall with comfort for at least 5min. Please note that if you are currently injured or dealing with an illness you should not join the practice as I will NOT be able to give alternatives or make adjustments.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.

Thursdays (TBC)

Asana practice/General lvl 2 (new beginners welcome)

This will be a general level class and it will be aimed at students that can practice shoulder balance, but also beginners who wish to watch more challenging poses and methodically practice to achieve more with time. Please note that if you are currently injured or dealing with an illness you should not join the online practice as I will NOT be able to give alternatives or make adjustments.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.

Sunday mornings 10.00-11.30am

Asana practice/General lvl 2 (continuing beginners )

This will be a General level class and it will be aimed at students that can maintain a steady Sarvangasana-shoulder balance, or continuing beginners but without practising shoulderstand – Sarvangasana. There will be  some head balance practice for this class. Please note that if you are currently injured or dealing with an illness you should not join the practice as I will NOT be able to give alternatives or make adjustments.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.
