Asana & pranayama practice/Advanced lvl only

(advanced practitioners only please)

This will be an Intermediate level class and it will be aimed at students that can maintain a steady head & shoulder balance, free or by the wall with comfort for at least 5min. Please note that if you are currently injured or dealing with an illness you should not join the practice as I will NOT be able to give alternatives or make adjustments.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.

Gentle asana practice suitable for new students

This will be a general level class and it will be aimed at a more gentle yoga practice to restore the body and mind also learning about pranayama and working with the breath to establish a more positive way of yoga practice. All levels welcome.

You will need the following yoga equipment to participate: mat, or 2-3 blankets, chair, (yoga foam blocks, 2 bricks would be helpful but not necessary.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.

Asana practice/General lvl 2 (continuing beginners)

This will be a General level class and it will be aimed at students that can maintain a steady Sarvangasana-shoulder balance, or continuing beginners but without practising shoulder stand – Sarvangasana. There will be  some head balance practice for this class. Please note that if you are currently injured or dealing with an illness you should not join the practice as I will NOT be able to give alternatives or make adjustments.

Please ensure that you come to practice on an empty stomach (2hrs +) and in good health.

1:1 zoom session – via prior arrangement only   £40.00

This will be a bespoke class to your individual needs with a duration of 60min. For repeated sessions there is a cost reduction at £35.00 per session. After purchase i will email you to confirm a plan and a convenient time.
