All information included in our website is correct to the best of our knowledge. However, due to staff cancellations, weather conditions, low bookings, maintenance work, mechanical faults, or other situations outside our control, some amenities or courses described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We reserve the right to make any changes to our programme with regard to courses, venues, teachers or facilitators. Alternative arrangements are offered to the best of our ability but, if not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfares.
You must have your own travel insurance. While best efforts are made in respect of your safety and well being, we cannot accept responsibility for any accident, injury or illness which may affect you during or after the holiday.
We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, terrorism, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control including those mentioned in the preceding paragraph; participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests, any excursions or activities are undertaken at your own risk and we are not to be held responsible for any accidents that may occur during your stay with us.
We are not travel agents or flight carriers and therefore do not take responsibility for flight managements, delays or cancellations, or any costs incurred due to delay or cancellation of these flights, or loss of/damage to baggage. We cannot refund airfares.
Payment to be made directly to our bank account or using the links on our website.
We require 50% of the cost of the holiday within a month of booking and a £30.00 non-refundable initial deposit per person. A booking is not accepted until we have received cleared funds. If you book a share of a twin / triple room and, despite our best efforts to find you a suitable person to share with, none is found by the start of the holiday then we will ask you to pay a single supplement. Please contact us direct if you require a room to yourself for additional costs. Full payment is required at least six weeks before departure. Provided there is space, bookings can be accepted until the date of departure, but for bookings within five weeks of departure, immediate payment in full is required.
Please note that we have to book and pay for the accommodation / catering and equipment months before we take any bookings so in order for us to carry on with organising our holidays we have to carefully consider our bookings / cancellation policy.
If you cancel please note:
- Your initial booking payment of £30.00 is NON refundable due to admin costs
- More than 10 weeks before departure, your deposit is refunded in full .
- Less than 10 weeks before departure, your deposit is non refundable.
- Less than 6 weeks before departure, any amount already paid is non refundable.
In many cases, cancellation fees are covered by insurance.
Notification of cancellation of the holiday must be given by email to the following address: email@example.com .
Failure to do so immediately may prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refunds can be
made once participants are in their place of destination.
Travel insurance – This is not optional, it is a requirement in order for you to participate:
We require that you purchase travel insurance. All participants must have with them during the yoga holiday all relevant information and contact details of their travel insurance agency. Very often students need medical attention (due to for example mosquito bites and other allergies) and it proves expensive to be treated as a foreigner without the appropriate insurance in place. This is your responsibility and not one of xenoyoga.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Looking after your belongings:
Please note that you are fully responsible for your belongings and the safety of your cash, credit cards, valuables whist on holiday with us. Xenoyoga holds no responsibility of any loss, damage or theft during your stay. You are provided with a safe in your room and you are fully responsible to keep it locked at all times, you will be given instructions that must be used to ensure you have fully understood how to use the safe. We strongly advise against carrying a lot of cash with you, there are lots of cash points on the resort.
