Weekly classes with Sam @ Bristol Shambhala meditation centre
At Bristol Shambhala meditation centre (17 Lower Redland Road,BS6 6TB) A lovely, fully equipped and very warm studio for smaller yoga classes, 14 people max, providing full attention to individuals. Cost is £11.00 per class or £48.00 for a block of 5 consecutive/non transferal sessions and pre-booking is essential as we have limited space. Book your space below for a single class , if you have already booked and payed for a block of 5 classes in advance there is no need to book, you are already on the class register.

When booking a class please choose your level of ability as noted below:
Beginners class / Level 1 :
Suitable for foundation/ complete beginners & those who want to revise basic skills. These classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamental poses and principles of yoga practice.
General class / Level 2 :
For those who have completed 6 months of practice or who have comparable experience of yoga also for mixed ability classes .
Intermediate class / Level 3 :
For those who have completed at least 2 years of practice or who have comparable experience of yoga not suitable for beginners. For those who can maintain a steady Sirsasana (head balance) for 5 minutes and Sarvagasana (shoulderstand) for 8 minutes.
